Welcome to Mamlakat Al-Adaa ("the Store", "we", "us"). This website (www.adaakings.com) is operated by MAMLAKA ALADAA FZE LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using the website or completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

1. Nature of the products

All products sold in the Store are digital products delivered electronically (templates, image packs, files and digital consultations). No order involves physical shipping or the delivery of any tangible goods.

2. Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
• We may change prices, update products, or withdraw them from sale at any time without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed once payment has completed successfully and you have received a confirmation email.
• Once an invoice is issued, its line items and prices are fixed at the time of issue and do not change afterwards.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your bank card details on our servers, and payment processing is subject to the provider's international security standards.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, download links are sent to your email address and are also shown on the order confirmation page. For security reasons each download link is valid for 7 days and for up to 5 downloads. Please save your files after downloading. If a link expires, contact us and we will re-issue it.

5. Licence and use

On purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, you may not:

• Resell, distribute, or share the product with others.
• Re-publish the files or upload them to other platforms.
• Use the product unlawfully or in any way that infringes intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual property

All content, files, trademarks and designs in the Store are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the product; it grants the right to use it within the limits of the licence above.

7. Refunds

Given the digital nature of our products, refunds are subject to specific conditions set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

We take care to ensure that product descriptions and quality are accurate. Products are nevertheless provided "as is", and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent UAE courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any change takes effect once published on this page, and your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
