Refund & Returns Policy

At Mamlakat Al-Adaa we care about your complete satisfaction. Because all of our products are digital and delivered instantly after payment, our refund policy is subject to the conditions below, in line with the nature of digital goods.
1. Nature of digital products
Our products are delivered through electronic download links as soon as payment completes. Because a product can be downloaded and accessed immediately, it cannot be "returned" in the usual physical sense. The following therefore applies.
2. Cases eligible for a refund
You may request a refund in the following cases:
- Product not received: the download links did not reach you, or did not work because of a technical error on our side.
- Faulty or materially different product: the file is corrupted, does not work, or differs materially from its description on the product page.
- Payment error: you were charged more than once, or an incorrect amount was charged.
3. Cases not eligible for a refund
- A change of mind, or no longer needing the product, after it has been downloaded.
- Not having read the product description or its requirements before purchase.
- The product not matching your personal preferences where there is no actual defect.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of the purchase date, providing:
- The order or invoice number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- A clear description of the problem (with a screenshot if possible).
5. Processing and timeframe
We review each request individually and may ask for further information in order to verify it. Where a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
